The National Association of Fishery and Angling Consultatives (NAFAC)
Overhead Power Lines Working Group together with the Electricity Association are
currently reviewing their safety guidelines. They anticipate their findings and
recommendations will be published later this year.
In the meantime please remember do not
fish within thirty yards of overhead power lines and always look up before you
start to wave carbon rods in the air.
